Tom Rose

Tom Rose is CEO and co-founder of ReVentas, a solvent based plastic recycling technology .After graduating from Imperial College with a MSci in Physics, Tom spent 5 years working at Dyson first in their R&D team, scouting and developing new technologies before moving into a commercial role leading Dyson’s Environmental Category as Product and Strategy Manager. After seeing the challenges of creating truly sustainable technologies and products, Tom joined the Board of Impact Solutions where he set up and grew their Innovations team, offering R&Dservices to industry. This team focused on developing and commercialising new technologies to reduce waste and the CO2 impact of industrial processes, resulting in the creation of several new companies including in the areas of plastic and lithium battery recycling. Working in the plastic recycling industry for the last 6 years, Tom oversaw the development of ReVentas’ core technology and in 2020 co-founded ReVentas. Over the last 3 years Tom has led ReVentas as CEO, scaling the business and forming strategic partnerships with companies across the petrochemical, FMCG and recycling industry.
