John Ruben

My name is John Ruben. I am currently with the Vanuatu Meteorology & Geo-hazards Department (VMGD) working as a Principal Scientific Research Officer. My primary role is to nature new programmes & services to enhance the effectiveness of climate information services and to contribute to the mainstreaming of meteorological issues within the national met service.
