Ante Joseph is a dynamic Nigerian with an academic background in construction economics but with a passion for Agriculture and green buildings. This led to him being a fulltime budding social entrepreneur and the co-founder & CEO of Maatalous Nasah International Limited, provides smart food systems using Agrisiti. At Agrisiti the company provides a technology-based smart agri-pyramid infrastructural system for cottage and urban farming while utilizing hardwares and an e-learning platform to promote youth involvement in farming through the Young City Farmers Initiative.
Joseph’s work made him emerge winner at the Agro Hack Challenge by EDC-Pan Atlantic University and Mastercard Foundation. He was also a finalist and was awarded the Champion Team by the United Nations FAO & Zhejiang University, China. He also emerged 1st place for the Africa Business Support by Youth Primer International, He is also a DSM-OYW Scholar 22. Joseph’s commitment to innovations, has further earned him the prestigious honor to be listed among the Top 20 African Innovators and Entrepreneurs by the Regional University Forum for
capacity Building in Agriculture(RUFORUM).
Agrisiti as a startup through his leadership has been supported by the Orange Corners Program an Initiative of the Kingdom of Netherlands and implemented by Fate Foundation, Lagos State Government of Nigeria under the Ministry of Agriculture, African Development Bank Agripitch by Private Equity Support amongst others
