Ana Laura Sayago

A sociologist that has worked for five years at COOPSOL, a Fairtrade & Organic beekeepers cooperative in northern Argentina. Ana works on projects at COOPSOL to apply technology, connectivity and improve traceability systems for organic honey through blockchain. It also participates in "WAYRA ", its honey brand in Argentina ready for export. He manages a project thanks to the initiative of the Inter-American Foundation in the largest dry forest in Latin America after the Amazon, currently he is part of the Board Members of the Latin American and Caribbean Network of Small Producers and Fair Trade Workers (CLAC) representing the product of Honey and recently She is part of the network of Argentine rural women in coordination with UN Women.
