08 Dec 2023
Climate Action Stage

Technical innovation is required to deliver the energy transition towards a net zero world. Green hydrogen plays an important role in this context, while it requires significant investment needs that need to come both from the public and private sector. To attract private investment in green hydrogen at scale, the sector needs to achieve bankability.  This discussion showcases the contribution of green hydrogen as an innovative technology to contribute towards the energy transition and shines a light on opportunities from the perspective of emerging markets governments, the private sector and enablers with a view how to make green hydrogen projects bankable for private investment.
