Book launch for How to Create a Sustainable Food Industry: a Practical Guide to Perfect Food

This event is the official launch of this recently published book, which builds on several decades of work helping the food and beverage industry transition their production and products to more sustainable alternatives. The launch will feature a brief presentation of the book, a Q&A session between three of its four co-authors and the audience, and book signing.
